The built-in AM/FM tuner lets you tune in your favorite local radio stations, and the Weather Band tuner has automatic NOAA weather alerts so you won't be caught by surprise by severe weather.
On the jobIf you're using this receiver in multiple rigs, you'll appreciate the non-volatile memory — no more reprogramming the clock and resetting your radio memory. The low-battery alert will also warn you if your rig's battery level drops below 10.5 volts.
